Our Rates
Clear pricing for evaluations, sessions, and consults tailored to your needs.
What is the initial fee?
This evaluation is a hands-on session involving both caregivers and children, allowing us to thoroughly assess needs and collaborate on appropriate next steps.
In clinic sessions
Sessions are available in clinic in either 45- or 60-minute increments, depending on your child’s needs and treatment goals.
Are consultations available?
We offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone, video, or in person. This conversation allows us to get to know your family, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how we can best support your child. Together, we'll determine whether our services are a good fit and begin planning for the evaluation.
Additional consult time
Additional 15-minute consults are available at any time during the therapeutic process. The cost is $25 per 15 minutes.
Our Rates are Clear
We believe in transparent pricing, with no hidden costs. Paying out of pocket for care shouldn’t be stressful or leave you wondering what you’ll owe. Our goal is to provide clear, upfront pricing so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Financial Support
We understand that budgeting can be challenging, and unexpected financial demands can arise. If the cost of services is creating a hardship for your family, there may be additional support available through community programs, grants, or other funding resources. We know that caring for a child with disabilities can come with many expenses. A variety of grants and funding programs are available to support needs such as therapy, equipment, accessibility improvements, medications, recreational opportunities, and more. Since each organization has its own eligibility criteria and funding priorities, we encourage you to explore their websites or reach out directly for the most current information. We hope these resources can help make needed services and supports more accessible for your family.
